More silliness!

As if it couldn't get any sillier in this Smith home, we've discovered that Ryan's humor is just as silly & goofy as the rest of us. He started loosing it while watching me erase with a pencil. Go fig. At least Sophie's first big chuckle on her own was at the dog. We are so in for it! I know we just posted a little laughing clip of Ryan, but that pales in comparison to this one.

Giggly Ryan

When Ryan woke up from a long, morning nap, he was quite the happy, giggly guy. I've never heard him laugh so much, and all on his own! He was laughing at everything-Sophie, Charlie, the sound og laghing, himself, the air! He would get so excited he'd fal over & just wiggle with excitement. So, here's a tiny taste of the laughter. It makes me wonder what his voice will sound like when he talks.

Kids' photos

I think I got them all. These are my favorites. I'm sure we could crop & change colors to get whatever we want, though. Enjoy!

Family Pictures

We just recently had a famiy photo shoot by a friend from church, Erin Witters, who gave us tons of amazing shots. I wish I could post them all in my home, but somehow I have to decide which best describe our little family & what to do with them. *sigh* So, here they are to enjoy. Family-let us know which you like to have in your home, and we will try to print them out & send them to you. These are the "family" shots that are our favs. I will also post the kids' photos.

Just to make you smile :)

Our happy sitter. :)

Easter

Happy Easter to all!. It was a gorgeous day in Virginia, and we had so much fun enjoying our Easter egg hunt, goodies, watching General Conference (which was so uplifting! I love how current, bold, yet loving all the talks were!), eating ham & funeral potatoes, & enjoying a little family time. Jusitn got sick that evening, but the day was very nice. Poor guy! Well, I know we are so blessed to have a Savior who loves us so much that he suffered that we might live with Him again, and what a wonderful day to celebrate.

Searching high & low for those Easter eggs. "That Easter bunny was so tricky," Sophie said.

This was Ryan's version of egg hunting.
Sophie loves to take pictures. So, here's a portrait of Daddy!

Ballet Princess

We've known that Sophie is a little dancer. So, when Lauren heard of a cheap ballet class through the Rec center (where she goes to preschool), we quickly jumped on it! Sophie was more than excited, especially with her ballet outfit! We captured some snapshots of her first class. I can tell she has a nack for it & loves the "Little Einstein's" music (classical music she leanrs from her favorite show). What fun, & what a beautiful little ballerina!
